A Burundi-born man is expected to face court for allegedly breaching his visa-mandated curfew.

Australian Federal Police officers arrested and charged the 42-year-old in Perth on Wednesday.
He is scheduled to appear in Midland Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with six offences under the Commonwealth Migration Act.
It will be alleged the man breached the conditions of his visa between Friday and Wednesday.
These include failing to comply with his curfew conditions on five occasions and failing to keep a monitoring device in working order.
The offences carry a maximum penalty of five years' imprisonment and/or a $93,900 fine.
